Jorn-Elling Wuttke and Roman Flugel’s Why Not?! was one of the loudest and most in-your-face dance records of last year, and the sequel arrives with a similar potential, promising “corny jokes, grotesque gags and mind-expanding wobble.”
Remixers tackling the Frankfurt electro duo’s source material include Carl Craig, Joakim, Supermayer, DJ Koze, the latter of whom delivers an Afrobeat version of вЂ�Jolly Joker’. Modeselektor’s take on вЂ�Fuckingham Palace’ is rumoured to be dubstep, while Tiga and Carl Craig both tackle вЂ�Gary’, the glam rock latest single from the album.
